In 1873 Levis first jean, 1886 Two Horse patch, 1901 birth of Levis 501, 1915 Cone Mills became the official producer of the Levis 501XX. In 1922 introduced Levis belt loops. 1936 Levis Red Tab appears, in 1971 the big E on the Levis Red Tab, 1950 made jeans for the USA army and the youth loved it. Levis then dominated the 80’s with even the women wearing the Levis 501. We could carry on and on but history has a cool way of repeating its self and know again the Levis is back for 2008, and now one of the best denim brands and a must have in your British heritage wardrobe.
