RETURNS POLICY:

At www.Sa-kis.co.uk we want you to be completely satisfied with every time you shop with us online. So we tried to make our returns policy as simple as possible

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase from www.Sa-kis.co.uk you have 10 days from your receipt of the item to return it to us. (For further details see below)


Rules of Returns
When you return an item we ask that it is return in all its original packing with labels and is not worn, washed, damaged or had the tags removed. Any item which fails to meet this quota may not be returned.

If a return includes a refund where applicable, the refund will be made to the account where the payment was initially made from.

U.K. Mainland orders:
All U.K. Mainland orders placed on Sa-kis.co.uk will have 7 WORKING days to return any items which are no longer wanted (see Terms and Conditions 4.4) faulty, and shows no visible signs of being worn etc. for a full refund (this is 7 working days from receipt of goods, not from ordering). U.K. Mainland customers will have 10 WORKING days to receive a credit note or exchange. If we receive any returns after 10 working days, we will have no alternative but to send your items back to you, as we will not accept anything after 10 working days have expired.

E.U. International Orders:
All E.U. International Orders placed on Sa-kis.co.uk will have 14 WORKING days to return any items which are no longer wanted (see Terms and Conditions 4.4), faulty etc. for a full refund. E.U. International customers will have 21 WORKING days to receive a credit note or exchange. If we receive any returns after 21 working days, we will have no alternative but to send your items back to you, as we will not accept anything after 21 working days have expired.

Non-E.U. International Orders:

All Non-E.U. International Orders placed on Sa-kis.co.uk will have 14 WORKING days to return any items which are no longer wanted (see Terms and Conditions 4.4), faulty etc. for a full refund. Non-E.U. International customers will have 28 WORKING days to receive a credit note or exchange. If we receive any returns after 21 working days, we will have no alternative but to send your items back to you, as we will not accept anything after 28 working days have expired.

North American & South American International Orders:

All North American & South American Orders placed on Sa-kis.co.uk will have 14 WORKING days to return any items which are longer wanted (see Terms and Conditions 4.4), faulty etc. for a full refund. North American & South American customers will have 28 WORKING days to receive a credit note or exchange. If we receive any returns after 28 working days, we will have no alternative but to send your items back to you, as we will not accept anything after 28 working days have expired.

Asia & Oceaniac International Orders:

All Asian & Oceania Orders placed on Sa-kis.co.uk will have 14 WORKING days to return any items which are longer wanted (see Terms and Conditions 4.4), faulty etc. for a full refund. Asian & Oceania customers will have 28 WORKING days to receive a credit note or exchange. If we receive any returns after 28 working days, we will have no alternative but to send your items back to you, as we will not accept anything after 28 working days have expired.
