DELIVERY Orders for delivery to a Mainland UK address that are received by 3 PM Monday-Friday are sent the same day, for next day delivery completely free of charge. Items sent on Friday will arrive on Monday, small charge applies for a Saturday delivery.
DELIVERY ADDRESS We can deliver to your place of work, but must be notified of this separate to placing your order, as there is not space for this when ordering. When placing an order you MUST use the address of where your credit card is registered - if you do not use this address when placing an order the results will come back not matched & subsequently may result in your order being cancelled.
DELIVERY TERMS AND CONDITIONS Our guarantee to our customers. If your delivery arrives damaged or you are not entirely happy with your item(s), you must return it to us within 3 days. We will send a replacement within 5 working days if requested or refund your money if the original item(s) are received back in original, unworn condition. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. Should you wish to return any item it would be most helpful if you could contact our Customer Services Department first. There are occasions when it may be unnecessary for you to be inconvenienced by sending an item back. You can either call us on +44 114 2795585 or email customercare@sa-kis.co.uk. If for any reason an item you have ordered is out of stock we will contact you for your choice of replacement, the option to cancel the order or arrange a later delivery to include your original chosen item. If we are unable to contact you in time to meet your delivery date we will continue with your order omitting the out of stock item(s) if the item(s) is one of many other items ordered. You may cancel your order, only if you immediately e-mail us as orders are sent out that same day if ordered before 2pm. A full refund excluding P&P will be made within 5 days of cancellation. We state that all items are returned at the customers cost. Sa-kis.co.uk Limited will not refund any postage costs for any returned items. This does not affect your statutory rights as a customer. DELIVERY UK Deliveries are made by Royal Mail Special Delivery. Any order placed before 3pm Monday to Thursday will be delivered before 1pm on the next day. We do not deliver on weekends except specifically requested for by a customer. In this case, there will be an extra delivery charge. For special events such as Valentines, Easter, Mother’s Day, Christmas etc, shall be treated as normal deliveries. Product will be delivered as outlined depending on the day(week day or weekend) the event falls. Orders received after 3pm on Friday will not be processed until the following Monday. All deliveries require a signature to secure their receipt, if there is no one at the address supplied at the time of delivery the item(s) will be held at the relevant Royal Mail office for 4 days before it is returned to us & there will be an extra £5.00 postage charge for us to re-send the item(s). We endeavour to process orders as soon as possible and the majority of our orders within UK mainland are delivered within 2 days. If for any reason your delivery will be later than the delivery date stated we will notify you immediately to arrange a later delivery date and the option to cancel the order. As we use a third party for deliveries we cannot be held responsible for late deliveries due to postal strikes, transport strikes and incidents, flood, drought, civil commotion, legislation. All orders require a signature on delivery If it is not possible to accept delivery at the address given your delivery will be taken to your local sorting office to await your collection, unless otherwise stated that a neighbour or relative can take in your delivery. Your local sorting office will hold deliveries for 4-5 working days, after this period they will return any uncollected deliveries to us. Should an item be returned because of a failed collection we can not be held responsible & as stated above a £5.00 postage charge will occur for re-delivery. A lot of customers find it useful to have their order delivered to their work address if they are unable to take delivery at home. If this is the case we will need to be notified immediately after your order is placed, as your billing address is the default shipping address and any other address other than that which your card is registered to cannot be used when making payment. Paypal only accept the address of where your credit card is registered. We may contact you to confirm this address We will deliver to the address as you enter it (or if it is a work address supplied by email) and cannot accept any liability for late or failed delivery if the quoted address is incorrect or incomplete. If you are not sure of the address you should check it. In the event that you select a business address, Sa-kis.co.uk Limited shall be deemed to have successfully delivered the product to its intended recipient by delivering it to the reception area at the business address and receiving a signed receipt of delivery from a duly authorised representative at that address. The United Kingdom includes The UK mainland & Northern Ireland, NOT the Highlands & Islands including The Channel Islands and The Isle of Man, do apply different charges. Therefore we have a standard delivery charge for mainland UK with additional charges applied accordingly.
DELIVERY INTERNATIONAL: International delivery timescales vary depending on the country. Please use the following list below as a guide. The timescales shown are not the actual duration of shipping but as a precautionary measure to allow for re-stocking in the unlikely event an item goes out of stock.
