Standard UK Delivery

FREE UK Delivery on all SS13 New Arrivals. T&C Apply

A £3.95 delivery fee is applicable to all UK orders placed before 4pm (16:00 GMT) for the next working day service.

All UK mainland orders received before 4pm (16:00 GMT) are packaged and dispatched the same day, and will reach you by 4pm (16:00 GMT) the next working day. For our guaranteed next working day service, we use the APC Courier Logistics service.

UK Saturday Delivery

A fee of £8.00 will be charged for Saturday delivery. Any order placed on Friday before 4pm (16:00 GMT), will be delivered for the next working day (Monday) if the Saturday Delivery option is not selected.

Click & Collect Service

We now offer a Click & Collect service where you purchase online and collect from your local store. Collections are available from our Sheffield store between the hours of 1pm - 5pm Monday to Friday. Please see store details below.

We will always try to make sure items are available in store the next working day depending on stock availability. This may not always be the case, Sa-kis have the right to delay the collection date if item(s) is not available in store at the point of purchase were the delivery has been allocated. Customers will be informed via email after the order has been placed.

We have the right to cancel this service at any time without notice, if Sa-kis deems fit, however this does not affect your statutory rights. Other methods of receiving the goods may apply and we will not take responsibility for any delays incurred or charges applied.

We endeavour to provide the best customer service where possible. We have the right to cancel this service without notice. This service is provided as a option only and not as a fixed method of collection.


VAT Free Shopping for Non-EU Customers

Customers ordering from outside the European Union will have the VAT removed from their orders automatically during checkout.


Free International Delivery

Free European Union delivery is available for orders over £150 that are sent to a European Shipping Address. We also offer Free Delivery to Non-European Union countries on orders over £150.

If any items from the order are returned for a refund we will deduct a delivery fee in proportion to the Flat Rate International charges.

Items returned for an exchange may be liable for delivery fee for the exchanged item to be sent out to you - we would contact you to make this payment. Each exchange will be handled at the discretion of the Customer Advisor.

Order Tracking

All orders receive a despatch notification email. Depending on the size of your order and the delivery address we choose from one of the two delivery companies below:

International orders
We make use of Royal Mail services for these orders and the dispatch notification will contain a Royal Mail tracking reference. You can check the progress of your parcel(s) by visiting the Royal Mail Track Trace site.

UK Mainland orders
We make use of APC Courier Logistics for these orders. Regular delivery progress emails are sent out by APC to inform you. The initial dispatch email for your order will contain a consigment number.  You can track the progress of your parcel by visiting this page and entering your consigment number.
